While a number of companies charge you by the hour, I am a flat fee service provider.  No matter how many hours it takes, you pay one flat rate.

For wage garnishment releases, a $500 retainer is required and you cannot owe over $100,000, have any unfiled tax returns for the past 7 years, have a Revenue Officer assigned to your file or have not been previously granted an IRS extension to pay.  In the event that  I am unsuccessful in securing an IRS levy release within 5 days of retention, I will provide upon your written request a full refund of any fees paid minus any fees incurred in securing your payment.
